Dave is recognized nationally as a trusted leader in media sales and marketing. As CEO of S&B Visionary, Dave defines and drives the overall vision focusing on strategic national growth and client success. Dave has more than 25 years of building and leading radio stations. He has helped numerous diverse industries increase their sales and market share across the board.
Prior to S&B Visionary, Dave was a Senior Vice President General Manager at Adams Communications overseeing the Phoenix and San Diego markets. After a move to Infinity/CBS Broadcasting in Dallas, Dave was the Senior V.P Market Manager leading his team to monumental success as the #1 billing and most profitable radio cluster in the fifth largest market in the country. As a testament to his stamina, drive and frequent flyer standing, Dave spent the next few years traveling the South as Regional President for Citadel Broadcasting. Along the way, Dave has worked with powerhouse clients like the Dallas Cowboys, General Motors and AT&T bringing his experience, dedication and integrity to ensure record breaking success. During his outstanding radio career, Dave was honored by the National Association of Broadcasters with two Station of the Year awards.
As President, Monica forges new client relationships while strengthening current client portfolios by delivering smart marketing/advertising strategies. She is a powerhouse of creative energy and drive with 13 years experience in the radio industry. She was a nine year million dollar plus producer in Sales and Management for Infinity/CBS Broadcasting. Monica was the Director of Sales for Citadel Broadcasting in New Orleans where she was instrumental in developing several new formats. She has been able to create programs for clients like Harrahs Casino, Saks Fifth Avenue, Moet Hennessy and many others bringing creative, new, exclusive campaigns to the clients. She has extensive sales and management experience in the sports industry from the Dallas Cowboys to the New Orleans Hornets.
